Position Overview

As part of our investment and growth in the republic of Ireland dormkaba is looking for warehouse and logistics staff to join our expanding team in our new premises in Dublin. Located on the Citywest Business Campus, this will be the new hub for all our operations in Ireland, and represents a massive investment for dormakaba in the region.

This is a fantastic opportunity with an opportunity to grow and progress within our already successful business in the region 

What you will do

• You will be responsible for picking, packing and ensuring orders are dispatched on time and to customer requirements
• You will manage stock levels using ERP systems and deal effectively with paperwork. This will need a keen eye for detail.
• Deal with customer queries, from both internal and external customers,
• Be involved with LEAN activities and projects within the Warehouse. 

What we require

• Educated to leaving certificate level with good written and verbal communication
• Direct experience of being a warehouse team member with a minimum of 1-2 years experience, or evidence of high self motivation in a similar field

What we prefer

• You will have worked within and understand all areas of a Warehouse, from goods in and “put away”, to pick and dispatch.
• Previous experience of an ERP or MRP system (Any knowledge of SAP would be a real bonus)

• Counterbalance fork lift truck experience
