Application Support Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our Specialty Access Solutions team. This position is responsible for supporting customers by analyzing and resolving customer’s requests with time and labor reporting software/hardware.

****This is a HYBRID position****

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $65,000  (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) PRIMARY DUTIES

• Becomes a subject matter expert on the company's labor, time and attendance software and hardware products
• Triages and troubleshoots requests in an effective and timely manner 
• Provides clear and detailed solutions to customers
• Uses ticketing system to accurately maintains and documents activities to reported requests
• Uses time reporting system to accurately reports customer time
• Exhibits professional service skills that promote client satisfaction
• Supports Sales and Implementation teams as applicable

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 year´s degree
• Degree in IT/MIS or related experience in the field
• Prior Experience with ERP/HCM Software and/or related applications prefered
• Basic familiarity with Linux preferred
