Shipping Clerk

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Ship the orders to our clients in Worldwide
• Prepare documentation for exportation
• Maintain contact with various freight carriers, provide information for follow-up of shipments
• Load the merchandise using an electric jigger
• Answer phones calls from customer service
• All other task related to the position

REQUIREMENTS

• High school or college degree diploma
• 1 year experience in a distribution center
• Computer literate
• Bilingualism
• Physical strength required
• Strong organizational
• Strong communication skills
• Dynamism, autonomy

dormakaba recherche un commis d'expédition pour rejoindre notre équipe.

FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES

• Expédier les commandes à travers le monde
• Préparer la documentation nécessaire à l’exportation
• Contacter les transporteurs afin de faire le suivi sur les cueillettes
• Charger les camions avec un transpalette électrique
• Répondre aux demandes du service à la clientèle par téléphone

EXIGENCES

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou collégiales
• 1 an d’expérience dans un centre de distribution
• Connaissance de l’informatique
• Bilinguisme essentiel
• Force physique requise
• Bonne capacité d’organisation
• Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication
• Dynamisme et autonomie
