Position Overview

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys building high performing teams and driving operational success?

Based in Moorebank, this role leads a team of Service Technicians and Schedulers responsible for delivering maintenance, repairs and service solutions across a defined region. You’ll have real ownership of day-to-day field operations, team performance, customer outcomes and safety culture.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach and support a team of field technicians across a busy service region
  • Drive team performance, productivity and first-time fix outcomes
  • Build a strong safety culture where people feel supported and accountable
  • Support scheduling and resource planning to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Develop team capability through mentoring, feedback and ongoing training

 

What we require

  • Experience leading teams within a field service, operations or technical environment
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience improving team performance and customer outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A hands-on and solutions focused leadership style

 

What we prefer

  • Experience within service, construction, facilities, access solutions or technical industries
  • Exposure to scheduling or field service management systems
  • Trade or technical background highly regarded
