This is a challenging position - you will need to work through complex issues for our customers, navigate and engage with a broad range of internal and external counterparts, including leading agents & subcontracts, and promote the solutions and capabilities to the broader team. 

 

Key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Work closely with Installation & Refurbs Coordinator to ensure effective allocation of works by managing and assisting with the job allocation process.
  • Coordinate Subject Matter Experts with respect to the technical aspect of the product.
  • Be a conduit to receive and provide technical advice to agent and subcontractors on process, methodology, theory and practice.
  • Ensure site inductions and compliance activities are up to date and recorded in ServiceMax for staff and agents.
  • Manage and control all site related subjects and coordinate within the back office, site and client.
  • Coordination with back office on payments and contractual obligation.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, with exposure to variances, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to think on your feet and strive in a fast pace, pressured environment with a focus on client management and employee engagement.
