At dormakaba Australia, the Sales and Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in uncovering the story behind the numbers. You'll dive deep into sales data, uncovering performance trends, customer behaviours, and hidden revenue opportunities. By mapping the sales pipeline and analysing funnel dynamics, you'll help identify what’s working—and what’s holding us back—so we can sharpen our customer engagement and conversion strategies.
With your finger on the pulse of the market, you’ll evaluate customer needs, track competitors, and monitor emerging trends, turning external insights into internal advantage. Your expertise with tools like Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and industry leading applications and data sets will bring business intelligence to life—crafting dashboards and visual reports that reveal clear paths forward.
You'll also measure what matters—marketing KPI’s, lead scoring and performance, and campaign effectiveness—constantly feeding back insights that help our teams do better. Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape smarter strategies and support data-driven decisions that push our business further.
This role will be commencing in July 2025
YOUR SKILLS
- 5–7 years of experience in a sales and marketing analytics role (minimum 3 years considered)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP/S8, and Power BI
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
- Advanced skills in query writing, data manipulation, and reporting
- Strong experience in sales trend analysis, pipeline analysis, product performance tracking, and competitive intelligence
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
