Service Sales Administrator

We’re seeking a vibrant individual with a strong administration background to join our team as a Service Sales Administrator. You will support our service sales team and clients with quote generation, sales orders, and contracts administration.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide product and sales support to the sales team and customers with a focus on Industrial door products
  • Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works and execute quotes and sales orders through our CRM system (Salesforce / ServiceMax).
  • Input & administer new/updated contracts
  • Work with Scheduling team to prioritise urgent quoted works
  • Management of incoming calls and email enquires

 

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

We are looking for:

  • Experience in office administration, preferably within a service-based business. 
  • Exceptional time Management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • A solution-oriented person with a “Can Do” attitude
  • An engaging and friendly personality
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Knowledge of a CRM will be an advantage, although full and ongoing training will be provided
