We have an exciting opportunity for someone that is seeking a career in administration. This role will allow you to build your skills within a corporate setting with the help and guidance of a passionate leader, supporting our Greater Sydney Service team and customers alike for Quoted and Specialty Products

 

Working within our Moorebank office, this is a vital role in ensuring the timely provision and management of quotes and the processing of orders via our CRM system.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • A focus on administration support, quoting & contract management.
  • Generation of quotes and following up with clients once received
  • Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
  • Process, Order & manage approved quotes
  • Input & administer new/updated contracts
  • Work with Dispatchers to prioritize urgent quoted works

Success in this role will rely on your approach to engaging a diverse range of people and a focus on quality service delivery into a highly competitive market.
