Site Installation Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for an Site Installation Coordinator for Automatic Doors to join our Installation Team based in Moorebank. Within this role you will work collaboratively with the State Teams as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure sites are safe & meet set requirements prior and during installations; providing solutions for any changes that may have occurred as a result of project reviews.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively plan and coordinate installation activities, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and sites are prepared for work.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, recommend changes, and work with teams to implement necessary adjustments.
- Oversee project timelines, control costs, and ensure alignment with regulations, OHS&E standards, and company policies.
- Support contractors and technicians with feedback, continuous improvement, and regular audits of installation and commissioning work.
- Build product awareness with clients and site teams to maximize sales opportunities and manage customer concerns collaboratively.
- Maintain site visit and call cycles for effective installation planning and ongoing project coordination.

Key skills that we are looking for are:
Highly Desirable:
- Knowledge and exposure of customers and markets within the building & commercial construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction industry software packages. (eg. Acconex)
- Previous experience with Tier 1 builders
Essential:
- Communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders, at all levels of the business.
- The ability to work collaboratively to identify issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Knowledge of OHS&E standards and how they apply to the sales team.
- General Construction Induction/White Card or willing to obtain.
Previous experience within a construction environment as well as a high level of knowledge of products and services sold by dormakaba will be advantageous but not essential.
