A job that matters: your tasks
- Generate Sales in Assigned Territory: Closely work with sales manager – Distribution to deliver sales results, both primary and secondary of the assigned geography.
- Build Relationships with Distribution Partners: Establish and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with customers, dormakaba Licensees, Value-Added Resellers (VARs) etc.,
- Sales Team Coordination: Work with the broader sales team to ensure proper fencing, both in terms of products and customers.
- Organize all customer events in coordination with Local Sales Territory (LST) team.
- Training and Support for VARs: Meet the targets for training and enabling Value-Added Resellers to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities. Provide necessary tools and training to help resellers succeed in promoting and selling products.
- Should focus on sale of both existing and new products.
An experience that matters: your skills
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a business development or sales role
- Basic Languages to be known: Hindi, English
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of the industry, products, and services to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven experience in successfully negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Location: Based in Mumbai
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Other Skills: Strong organizational and time management, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
