POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching automatic door service orders within an assigned area, and ensuring associated administrative tasks are completed.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $19/hr - $22/hr plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Field and route incoming calls.
  • Enter service orders into the service tracking system.
  • Communicate with Service Technicians and customers to ensure orders are dispatched and completed in an efficient manner. 
  • Complete administrative functions related to service orders and customer account setup and maintenance. 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 2 years’ experience in a dispatching or customer service role. 
  • Strong customer service skills including clear verbal and written communication and a professional demeanor. 
  • Strong technical and scheduling acumen. 
  • Ability to coordinate, track, and follow up with multiple service calls. 

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 software including Excel, Outlook, and Word.  
  • Experience with Southware ERP software.
