The Lead Cross‑Enterprise Solutions & Integration owns and orchestrates enterprise services across:
- Data Architecture & Governance / MDM including enterprise standards, lifecycle rules, quality, migration.
- Analytics & BI including global reporting architecture, consistency, enablement, and lifecycle delivery.
- HR Solutions including design, build and run of HR landscape with compliant enhancements and rollouts.
- Solution Architecture (Business Applications) including full lifecycle - from early assessment and conceptual architecture to governance, compliance, and implementation guidance - across all relevant business applications.
- Process Integration & Design and Automation.
- Release & Change Management: synchronized enterprise release planning/execution, CAB governance, readiness, and post‑release validation. The IT Release Manager collaborates with application owners, development teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to manage the full release lifecycle—from release planning and dependency mapping to deployment, communication, readiness checks, and post‑release validation. This position plays a central role in ensuring cross‑application alignment, improving release stability, and strengthening governance across the enterprise.

- Set the vision, roadmap and operating model for cross‑enterprise services covering Data, Analytics, HR solutions, Integration, Process Intelligence & Automation.
- Establish shared service capabilities and agile, product‑oriented delivery across regions and business units.
- Build and develop a high‑performing, customer‑centric team (internal & partners).
- Enterprise Architecture & Roadmaps
- Drive option analyses, fit‑gap, and TCO‑based evaluations; define NFRs and target/transition architectures; maintain Architecture Decision Records; prepare ARB submissions.
- Align application, integration, data, cloud, security, and infrastructure views; capture assumptions and risks.
- Data Governance & Quality
- Define and maintain enterprise data standards, ownership, hierarchies and lifecycle rules (phase‑in/change/phase‑out).
- Implement data quality rules/KPIs, monitoring and remediation with Business Owners and data stewards; lead harmonization and migration for programs.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Own the global reporting architecture to minimize systems and maximize efficiency; ensure consistent, benchmarkable figures; enable adoption of global reporting standards.
- HR Solutions (SuccessFactors)
- Govern HR solution evolution and global rollouts within the template; ensure compliance and alignment with People & Culture strategy.
- Process Integration & Interoperability
- Standardize integration patterns (APIs, ESB/middleware, BTP/CPI), secure data flows, and ownership models; ensure E2E consistency with process and data architectures.
- Release & Change Management
- Manage an enterprise release calendar; align dependencies; run go/no‑go, readiness, rollback planning; ensure ITIL/CAB adherence and high‑quality documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Facilitate workshops, communicate decisions and trade‑offs, and ensure clarity for business, IT, and security stakeholders globally.
An experience that matters: your skills
- 10+ years overall in enterprise IT with 5+ years leading two or more domains among Solution/Enterprise Architecture, Data/MDM, BI/Analytics, HR (SuccessFactors), Integration, Release/Change in complex, multi‑application environments.
- Proven delivery across global programs and distributed teams.
- Ability to coach and lead cross‑functional teams through influence and structured processes.
- Strong communication and facilitation ability.
- Experience coordinating external partners and vendors.
- Experience running planning workshops and review meetings.
- Skilled in conflict management and problem resolution.
- Team oriented, structured, reliable, strong communication skills, service minded, capable of working under pressure, solution oriented, proactive, independent working style, strong ownership, open‑minded, flexible, culturally aware and strategic/innovative thinker.
- English - Business fluency.
