THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS

  • Leading and hosting change, development and roll-out projects in regards to ServiceMax global implementation based on the Salesforce platform.
  • Drive continuous optimization of the entire CRM Service system and its surrounding integrations.
  • Create training concepts to ensure global adaption and usage.
  • Cover recurrent topics like administration, customization, migration and 3rd level support.
  • Coordinate subjects like updates and new releases.
  • Help to increase system capabilities to be offered to the business within a global template.
  • Be a communication channel to all relevant business stakeholders and support/initiate change management.
  • Do analyses and reports to track project process and KPIs.

 

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceMax ideally in a consultancy or as an in-house consultant.
  • Bachelor / Master in Informatics, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar.
  • Excellent English and German skills (business fluency).
  • Proven track record of leading various small to mid-size projects and familiar with agile project management methods like SCRUM and Prince2.
  • Proven history of supporting roll-outs, change management, and training approaches in the area of CRM.
  • Certified ServiceMax Administrator or Salesforce ADM201 is a big plus.
  • Calm, organized, and focused personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
