Senior Project Manager - Smart BIM Services (m/f/d)

• Develop and drive dormakaba’s global BIM strategy
• Manage BIM service offerings in collaboration with product groups and sales units, including BIM families, plug-ins and configurators.
• Design IT-BIM solutions in cooperation with external partners and manage the roll-out in countries.
• Ensures value proposition on BIM for the target segments is developed and well communicated (internally and externally)
• Engage with Customers globally, delivers trainings and speeches and bring their requirements to the Divisions
• Scout new partnerships, manage the existing ones and continuously monitor trends and opportunities in the industry and competitor offerings
• Lead the definition and development of BIM events and marketing tools content
• Offer new and innovative ideas to reach target customers, respectively challenging historical activities and status quo.
• Guide, coach and develop the skills and knowledge of BIM Country referents and deliver trainings to Engineering Consultants
• Join and follow standardization committees works on national and international level. Establishment and maintenance of a network in the industry
• As a link between different BIM experts, you will build a competence network of BIM experts globally and coordinate the BIM Team activities.
• Constant metric monitoring using dashboards and analytics

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architcture or Business Administration
• At least 3 years of international experience in project, sales, or marketing management
• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling and Design Software
• Understanding of modern IT technologies, Software development and agile project management
• Demonstrated experience working with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint and fluent in the digital world
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Availability to travel
• Fluent English both spoken and written
