In preparation of the succession of our Vice President Total Rewards, we are searching a skilled and highly motivated professional with a passion for compensation and benefits. We are open to develop an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert with focus on executive compensation and governance into this exciting role, taking over responsibility gradually after a build-up period.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS
- You start as Senior Total Rewards Manager for a build-up period of 1-2 years. During this time, you closely collaborate with the current Vice President Total Rewards to prepare you to gradually take over responsibility for the below listed tasks.
- You will be responsible for the effectiveness of dormakaba’s global compensation and benefits programs, i.e., ensuring that they align with business strategies, are consistently designed, represent external perspective, and are administered in compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Assuming a strong governance role, you will oversee the design, management, and optimization of short- and long-term incentive plans as well as the compensation review process globally.
- After takeover, you will handle all Group, Board of Directors and Executive Committee compensation matters in full compliance with Swiss law which requires a frequent level of interaction with the Compensation Committee, Executive Committee, Top and Senior Management.
- You will be prepared to become a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, as which you will provide input for the global HR strategy. Being part of a global matrix organization, you ensure the implementation and alignment of the HR strategy together with the team of international Total Rewards Specialists and the HR market organizations.
- Part of your governance function is to provide subject matter expertise and educate the HR community, managers and executives on payroll decisions, policies, and guideline interpretations.
WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS
- You have a degree in Law, Business, Psychology, Finance, or similar field.
- You have at least 7-10 years of significant strategic, operational, and analytical experience in a global Compensation & Benefits position in a multinational company, ideally with deep knowledge of international and especially Swiss regulations. This includes handling of Executive Committee and Board of Directors compensation and annual reporting cycle as well as job evaluation experience.
- As a strong communicator across all organizational functions, you can inspire and influence as well as you have the capability to integrate the view of stakeholders from various cultures, functions, and levels.
- You convince with confidence in dealing with the structures and challenges of an international matrix organization, paired with the ability to manage international and virtual teams, being yourself a hands-on team player.
- A strong financial acumen describes you well. Strong listening, consulting and negotiation skills round up your profile.
- You understand global demands and different paces for local initiatives and act accordingly in cooperation with market HR.
- You speak fluently both English and German.
