  • Process Optimization & Tool Management:
You will identify automation opportunities, further develop processes and standards, and drive the evolution and harmonization of the tool landscape for technical documentation (e.g., Component CMS).
Together with other global TCS Team Leads, you will actively shape and support transformation and change management processes to sustainably improve efficiency, quality, and team engagement.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management:
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external service providers to coordinate capacities and ensure the quality of translations, UI texts, and documentation.

An experience that matters: your skills

  • You bring 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in software documentation and/or UI validation.
  • You are experienced in agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe); experience in business transformation is a plus.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully leading distributed, cross-location teams.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
