A job that matters: Your Tasks 

 

  • Continuous analysis of compensation programs within their specific area of expertise (see key accountabilities below) to ensure effective, equitable, and competitive compensation programs and structures throughout the geography / function and to ensure alignment with both relevant business strategies and compliance with global rewards frameworks.
  • Maintain oversight and ensure quality and standard of all relevant rewards processes for geography / function Lead continuous improvement processes in collaboration with HR System and Services teams and HR Business Partner (local /global). 
  • Lead continuous improvement processes in collaboration with HR System and Services teams and HR Business Partner (local /global) for area of expertise.
  • Provide input and consult HRBP for job evaluation and compensation packages of new hires end employees and ensure adherence to compensation and legal standards for Region
  • Consult in questions of compliance with local regulations/legislation for compensation and benefits, including reporting and audit. 
  • Lead or participate in global and regional rewards projects and provide advisory support for selected local rewards projects/initiatives. Ensure that these projects are aligned with the overall Total Rewards strategy and contribute to the continuous improvement and competitiveness of the company’s compensation programs.

 

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills 

 

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
  • Profound knowledge of compensation principles and practices, and government regulations globally
  • Solid experience in managing multi-country compensation programs within a large, global or regional organization
  • Solid understanding of financial KPIs / data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong ability to present information in an objective and logical manner for effective decision making as well as strong negotiation and influencing ability
  • Constructive collaboration across functions
  • Affinity to IT systems and development
