Our Group HR team is seeking a dedicated and motivated Working Student in Global Compensation & Benefits (f/m) to support various compensation and benefits processes. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in an international HR environment.

 

A job that matters: your tasks

  • Report directly to the Vice President of Global Total Rewards and provide administrative support.
  • Collaborate on various compensation processes, including compensation reviews, short-term and long-term incentives.
  • Support projects related to HRIS compensation modules, job grading, and benchmarking.
  • Conduct market research and create internal and external reports.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including meeting organization, schedule coordination, document management, invoice processing, and expense reporting.

 

An experience that matters: your skills

  • Enrolled student at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferably some work experience and availability for a 24-month working student position.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with analytical work and data processing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); German is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
