Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven sales professional to join our team in Ranchi. As a key player in driving sales, you will work closely with the Sales Manager – Distribution to generate both primary and secondary sales in your assigned territory. Your role will focus on building long-term relationships with distribution partners and enabling resellers to excel in product sales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Generate sales results in your assigned territory, ensuring both primary and secondary sales targets are met.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, dormakaba Licensees, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper product and customer fencing.
- Organize and execute customer events in coordination with the Local Sales Territory (LST) team.
- Provide training and support to VARs, helping them achieve sales targets and enhance product knowledge.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the retail industry.
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of the industry to provide tailored solutions.
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing contracts with clients.
