POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Hourly Salary $18 - $21 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company’s software system and customer purchase orders
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service request for order changes, including the maintenance of order information files. Communicate changes to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide Customer Service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Service Team

Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • High school education or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service with increasing responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)

  • Working knowledge of SAP systems
