We are seeking a person to support our Sales and Service teams in facilitating the sales process from specification to supply. You will be joining a business with an engaged sales force delivering year on year. This full-time position is based in our Regency Park, SA office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely alongside key internal stakeholders including channel leads, and national operations and customer service teams.
- Usage of the Salesforce CRM system and SAP ERP to communicate internally and facilitate the sales process.
- Usage of the BCI project information portal to support the team through the tender to sale process.
- Adopt and implement pricing strategies to support the customer base via both the Salesforce and Promaster platforms.
- Provision of support to the team. This may include reporting activities, general office administration.
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for someone who is ready to put in the commitment and hard work. You will have a proven track record in administration and be a team player.
Other skills and experience we are looking for include:
- Quick thinking and solution focused.
- An engaging and friendly personality with professional phone manner.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office.
- Proficient in databases and systems including Salesforce CRM, Promaster, Service Max, Microsoft AX, SAP ERP, and BCI (ideal but not essential).
- A can-do attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Self-motivation with a high level of initiative and positive mindset.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- The confidence & ability to interact positively at all levels of business.
