Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Estimator to be based In Riyadh to deliver exceptional service in managing customer inquiries, preparing detailed quotations, and supporting order processes. This role involves developing cost-effective solutions for customers, managing the end-to-end order cycle, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in maintaining records, resolving customer complaints, and driving operational excellence.
Job Description
Quotation Management
- Prepare and deliver customized quotations using SAP/Excel, including technical data sheets, compliance documents, COO (Country of Origin), warranty certificates, and availability checks.
- Develop Value Engineered (VE) options to provide customers with cost-effective alternatives tailored to their budgets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide costing and margin scenarios, ensuring better project visibility.
- Maintain and regularly update the quotation log sheet to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Work closely with the marketing team to approve prices and create article numbers for new products.
Order Entry & Management
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the standard turnaround time using ERP systems.
- Confirm orders with customers and coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Quality teams for timely execution and compliance.
- Monitor and manage order books to ensure proper documentation and on-time delivery.
Customer Service & Complaint Resolution
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues effectively.
- Escalate delays and complaints in the order process to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor credit-blocked customers and minimize potential bad debts.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and submit regular reports, including CS reports, backorder updates, rolling forecasts, and NCR logs.
- Stay updated on new products and pricing through continuous learning and training.
- Ensure the sales data in PIPEDRIVE is accurate and up-to-date for better visibility and decision-making.
