Job Description
S&OP Specialist (English)
Sofia

Position Overview

In this position, you will own the data, reporting, tooling, and governance foundations that enable a robust and scalable S&OP process.

You will maintain planning structures, KPI frameworks, reporting environments, templates, and system interfaces while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and standardization across markets and functions. You will act as the primary bridge between S&OP, analytics, and BI teams, translating business requirements into sustainable reporting and planning solutions.

This role focuses on planning infrastructure, data governance, reporting design, and process standardization. Business interpretation, scenario development, and decision recommendations remain the responsibility of S&OP Analysts and planning leadership.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building reliable planning foundations and continuously improving planning processes and reporting environments.

What you will do

  • Own and maintain S&OP planning structures, templates, reporting models, SAC interfaces, and process documentation.
  • Govern KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, master data structures, and reporting standards across the organization.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical datasets supporting S&OP processes.
  • Ensure consistency and reconciliation of planning data across Excel, SAC, BI platforms, and source systems.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between S&OP teams and BI, analytics, and data-management functions.
  • Translate business reporting requirements into dashboard specifications, reporting logic, and data-model requirements.
  • Monitor and improve planning data quality, completeness, and process compliance.
  • Drive standardization of templates, reports, KPI frameworks, and planning methodologies across markets and sites.
  • Resolve reporting issues, data inconsistencies, and reconciliation gaps.
  • Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities to increase planning efficiency and reduce manual effort.

What we require

  • 3+ years of experience in S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Supply Chain Planning, or a similar planning support role.
  • C1 level of English and can effectively communicate in an international business environment.
  • Strong experience with planning data structures, KPI frameworks, reporting environments, and planning process governance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including planning models, structured datasets, complex formulas, data validation, and reporting automation.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar reporting and visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data quality management, KPI consistency, reconciliation methodologies, and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reporting logic, dashboard specifications, and data model requirements for BI and analytics teams.
  • Experience standardizing templates, reporting structures, and planning processes across multiple stakeholders or markets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
