Job Summary

The District Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving service sales growth by developing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating customized solutions for our customers. This role focuses on promoting our comprehensive portfolio of service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for service solutions.

    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.

    • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our service portfolio remains competitive and innovative.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Team collaboration with service sales peers, sharing  guidance, support, and development opportunities

    • Set personal objectives, monitor performance, to drive high performance.

    • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that aligns with the companys goals and values.

  • Technical & Field Experience

    • Possess mechanical/electronic knowledge to provide guidance and knowledge sharing with customers.

    • To acquire product knowledge for curating of solution.

    • Site / project management: experience is site surveys, technical assessment, workforce development and site planning.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on understanding their security and access needs.

    • Provide consultative sales support to clients, offering tailored service solutions for unique environments and requirements.

    • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle any issues

    •  Drive and foster deeper relationship building with Key Account Management for selected customer segments.

  • Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work closely with the product and service teams to understand and communicate the technical aspects of our solutions.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, from contract negotiation to service delivery.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

    • Develop forecasts, budgets, and targets for service sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field and graduate in engineering (BE/Diploma) is preferred.

  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in Service- sales management, with a proven track record of leading and developing sales teams, preferably within the security, access control, or related industries.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

  • Characteristics: Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of building strong professional relationships.
