Service Executive

As a Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team. Dynamic work environment requires a good coordination and administrative skills to enhance operational efficiency. This will directly contribute to the success of our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide shared support to Service Sales & Operations team
- Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
- Effectively schedule on customer work orders until closure for Service Engineers, and ensuring smooth field support operations, to meet KPI.
- Monitor and follow up customer payments.
Qualification:
- NITEC/Diploma in business administration or equivalent
- Previous experience in an admin or coordination role is a plus.
- Candidate without prior relevant working experience is welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic setting with organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively. Effective communication skills
- Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel
