The administrative role supports all consultants and engineering in the realization of Workforce Solution customer projects, in the presales, implementation and handover phases to 3rd level support.

 

 

A job that matters: your tasks

  • Preparation of offers (software + services)
  • Review and approval of incoming orders (software + services)
  • Carrying out project administration in SAP related to creation, invoicing and technical completion
  • General monitoring of the invoicing of service reports
  • JIRA and SharePoint administration for the Competence Centre Workforce Management
  • Maintain Confluence IMS processes
  • Creating analyses for the CC WFM
  • Monthly Performance Review (MPR) preparation (evaluation of quotations, incoming orders, order backlog)
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation for new and existing processes within the consulting area.
  • Ordering and checking expenses and invoices from external service providers and reporting accruals to accounting department
  • Co-operation with the maintenance department regarding new ERP software adaptations
  • Creation, dispatch and evaluation of customer surveys

 

 

An experience that matters: your skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent command of verbal & written English, a good command of German will be considered an advantage
  • Great communication & organizational skills
  • Analytical, with a curious mindset
