As an Operational Buyer, you will manage the daily procurement of goods and services needed to support the organization's operations, such as machinery, equipment, and maintenance services. Your role will focus on ensuring purchasing activities are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with operational needs. This position is based on-site at our manufacturing facility in z.k. Druzhba.

A job that matters: Your Tasks  

 

  • Assign purchase requisitions to suppliers and, if necessary, quantity contracts, convert them into orders and send them
  • Organize and monitor transport processes (create delivery notes, commission shipping, e.g. for shuttle packaging)
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers for different quantities
  • On-time processing of the documented information.
  • Item master creation and maintenance of data for production
  • Ensuring accurate and prompt flow of information with the relevant departments.
  • Preparing data analysis for the stock levels intended for the Marketing, Finance or Management Depts.
  • Applying the health and safety rules.
  • Taking part into the fulfillment of the tasks and objectives, set up by the manager and being a team player.

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills 

 

  • At least 2-year professional experience in logistics.
  • Bachelor (logistics, management, economics)
  • Experience in the use of ERP systems (NAV. SAP)
  • Computer experience is essential (MSOffice)
  • Level in English B2
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
