Buyer

We have an opportunity for an experienced Buyer Indirect Expenses to join our Procurement team. This role will see you working on the procurement process of indirect goods and services such as machines, vehicles, IT, office consumables and telephone supplies, etc.

A job that matters: Your Tasks 

• Direct the overall consulting process with departments in determining needs and developing specifications for goods and services
• Place and track purchase orders for materials, consumables and services needed for proper functioning of the company
• Control orders from execution to stock arrival and monitors shortages of purchased items
• Negotiate with suppliers on any commercial terms
• Participate in RFQ process, Supplier performance evaluation for qualitative aspects and cost analysis, supplier price negotiations and cost savings initiatives
• Maintain business system integrity as pertaining to vendors and other purchasing records
• Ensure all relevant ERP parameters are accurate and promptly maintained including planning data, supplier data, purchase info records, source list etc.
• Prepare analysis and reports

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• University degree
• At least 2 years of previous experience on a procurement role
• Excellent computer literacy
• Knowledge of Navision or any other material management module
• Good command of English
• Proactive and positive attitude
