  • Create, process, and execute customer orders for products, projects, and services for assigned markets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of order data into ERP systems.
  • Generate and issue invoices in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support quote preparation and validation for the Sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Receive, log, and follow up on customer complaints related to orders, billing, or service issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Technicians to ensure smooth  order-to-cash processes.
  • Assist in preparing performance and process reports for internal stakeholders.

Language Skills:

 

  • Fluent Italian in both written and spoken communication
  • Business level of English in both written and spoken communication

 

Experience & Skills:

 

  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in order management, customer service, or sales support within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and pre-sales support activities such as quote and lead management.
  • Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
