A job that matters: Your Tasks 

 

  • Serve as a professional representative of dormakaba, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Respond to customer inquiries about dormakaba products and services promptly and accurately across multiple channels, including – phone, email, chat, and web forms.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, generating and sharing quotations, and processing orders, while following up to drive sales growth.
  • Effectively address customer complaints and manage claims or disputes to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Guide customers on warranty and contract entitlements, helping them understand their rights and benefits.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions using Salesforce case management.
  • Focus on nurturing dedicated C customers, activating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns.

 

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

 

  • Fluency in Finnish and a good command of English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse customer needs and situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
