Customer Care Agent with German

Our shift schedule, with hours between 7:00 AM and midnight, is designed to help you find your ideal rhythm. We offer full-time as well as part-time contract options for students that let you balance your work and studies. Our shifts are rotated monthly so you can easily plan ahead. Plus, you can work from home during early and late shifts for added convenience and comfort.
A job that matters: your task
- Customer Support: You are the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with advice on our products and services and addressing their inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Data Entry & Verification: You enter and verify relevant customer data and information in our systems during the conversation and ensure that all entries are accurate and complete.
- Communication: You conduct conversations in flawless German (C1) and English (C1), both in writing and orally, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled clearly and precisely.
- De-escalation: You are able to handle difficult conversations, especially in conflict situations, and ensure a solution-oriented de-escalation of upset customers.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments and teams to ensure seamless customer support and notify service technicians of customer requests.
- Administrative Support: You will support the processing of fault and repair requests and the documentation of customer interactions.
An experience that matters: your skills
Language Skills:
- Fluent German (C1) in both written and spoken communication
- Fluent English (C1) in both written and spoken communication
Experience & Skills:
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction
- High service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in handling upset customers and de-escalation techniques
- Proficient in using standard end-user software, particularly MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM systems
