Electronics Specialist

We are currently seeking an Electronics Specialist for our site in Chelopechene at dormakaba Bulgaria. ES will be responsible for assembling, installing, and troubleshooting electrical systems, circuits, and components, as well as conducting tests to verify their performance and reliability.
A job that matters: Your Tasks

Install and wire electrical components, including sensors, actuators, motors, and control panels, according to engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Assemble electrical subassemblies and integrate them into larger systems, ensuring proper connections, alignment, and functionality.

Test electrical systems and components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools to verify proper operation and identify any defects or malfunctions.

Troubleshoot electrical issues, such as wiring errors, short circuits, and component failures, and implement appropriate solutions to resolve them.

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to address electrical-related issues and implement design improvements.

Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, including proper handling of electrical equipment, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and compliance with lockout/tagout procedures.

Document work activities, including test results, maintenance records, and troubleshooting procedures, accurately and in a timely manner.

Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in electrical systems and technologies.
An experience that matters: Your Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an electrical specialist or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the production of electrical systems or equipment.

Proficiency in electrical assembly techniques, including soldering, crimping, and wiring, with attention to detail and quality.

Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and continuity testers.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively and efficiently.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
