Enterprise Application Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Application Architect to lead the definition, strategy, and governance of enterprise-wide application architectures. The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency, strategic alignment, and the successful delivery of scalable application solutions.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture including tools (such as LeanIX or equivalent) with a focus on Application Architecture.
• Knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Gartner, or similar.
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant background in software architecture/development.
• Solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce portfolios, with 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Architecture Strategy & Vision:

• Define and evolve the target (to-be) application architecture aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Ensure consistency and integration across the enterprise application landscape.
• Analyze corporate strategy and advise senior leadership on ICT strategy and architecture alignment.
• Shape and continuously update the enterprise ICT strategy based on market trends and innovation.

Application Portfolio Management:

• Maintain and manage an accurate, up-to-date application inventory, including lifecycle status and technical documentation.
• Lead architecture review boards and ensure architectural decisions follow agreed design principles.
• Develop and maintain architectural governance frameworks and ensure compliance.

Solution Design & Delivery:

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture design across enterprise programs and projects.
• Prepare comprehensive solution proposals, including architectural options and recommendations.
• Collaborate with solution and application architects to deliver integrated, scalable, and secure designs.

Standards, Quality & Documentation:

• Develop and enforce architecture standards and best practices across ICT systems and solutions.
• Commission, lead, and assess design reviews for architecture validation.
• Ensure comprehensive and current system documentation at all levels.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Represent the enterprise architecture function in ICT programs and business initiatives.
• Prepare and present clear, actionable specifications based on client and business requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders on emerging technologies and architectural opportunities.
