A job that matters: Your Tasks 

 

  • Define and improve Quality Gates process.
  • Ensure Quality & Transparency across Portfolio Delivery.
  • Train and support BRMs and PMs how to prepare for the Quality Gates and support BRMs and PMs in keeping Bee4IT projects up to date.
  • Lead Program and Projects.
  • Lead and manage Quality Gate meetings.
  • Review projects ready for closure and update them in Bee4IT.
  • Provide guidance to PMs and BRMs to ensure adherence to the Portfolio governance.
  • Maintain Quality Gates confluence pages.

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

 

  • Previous experience in Portfolio Quality Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
  • Experience in the application of delivery methodology, advanced status reporting and the definition of Quality Assurance standards for project/portfolio delivery.
  • Experience in the management of Quality Gates on IT Portfolios.
  • Computer Science university degree or equivalent.
