Global IT Contract & Vendor Administration Expert

This role carries out the administrative contract & vendor management, creates the necessary IT transparency and enables and supports the respective stakeholders.
A job that matters: your tasks
Contract Administration:
- Maintenance of contract (services, subscriptions, licenses, assets) related master data
- Take end-to-end view on collection, registration, and administration of global IT contracts
- Collect all IT contracts from Global IT and business
- Follow-up with Contract Owners on contract registration
- Development and implementation of a proactive contract controlling for all current contracts
- Management and administration of the IT contracts in the IT Management Tool (Bee4IT)
- Responsibility for the contract management module in Bee4IT (customizing data fields and processes)
- Proactive information and support of the Contract Owners and Vendor Management Office (VMO) with expiring and renewable contracts
- Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports based on Bee4IT, SAP and MS Excel
IT Vendor Administration:
- Maintenance of Vendor related master data
- Create transparency about global IT Vendors
- Collect all IT Vendors from Global IT and the former Segment ITs
- Management and administration of IT vendors in the IT Management Tool (Bee4IT)
- Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports based on Bee4IT, SAP and MS Excel
Stakeholder and Interface Management:
- Support (proactive, reactive) contract owners in the utilization of Bee4IT
- Liaise with VMO on Bee4IT changes and improvements
- Interface with Group Procurement (Category Management IT) on Vendors, contracts (e. g. SAP data) and on digital signing process
- Support other administrative activities within contract management.
An experience that matters: your skills
- University degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar Contract Administration role
- Basic understanding of an IT department’s service portfolio
- Excellent English
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with SAP would be a plus
- Communication and assertiveness, sense of responsibility, proactive behavior, independence, and an efficient and conscientious way of working
