Global Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a Global Pricing Analyst who would be based in our Multifunctional center in Sofia. The Global Pricing Analyst will lead the analysis and deployment of Data Science and Reporting initiatives, applied to internal and market data.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning, by using languages such as R and/or Python and others
- Utilize advanced analytics to forecast demand and identify pricing opportunities
- Develop and implement pricing models using statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize pricing strategies per segment
- Gain deep insight into data sources by Country on SAP and other ERP systems
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions
- Define and run internal and external surveys to assess the impact of pricing changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product management and Finance at local and global level
- Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior management in a concrete and simple manner
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 2+ year of international work experience in an analytical role, preferably in B2B industry
- University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, preferably in a Pricing or Revenue Management role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP BI) to present complex data in an understandable format
- Knowledge of market price analysis techniques such as Conjoint analysis, Gabor Granger, van Westendorp, A/B testing and others
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
