Global Process Expert - Order to Cash

The Global Process Expert (GPE) Order to Cash carries detailed functional responsibility for planning, designing, executing and controlling the smooth operation of processes assigned to process cluster on roles and associated steps (process level 3). The GPE has detailed process know-how and ensures the continuous improvement of the processes and mapping to applications based on industry best practices.
A job that matters: your tasks
- Develop standardized processes & procedures of the assigned business process in detail based on guardrails from Global Process Owner (GPO)
- Analyze assigned process and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality, harmonization/standardization and cost optimization aspects
- Cooperate with process (level 3) stakeholders, especially functional teams on current processes, process improvements or new processes to be developed
- Act as first contact for change requirements from business perspective (key user community); preparation of decision templates for release / deny of change for design authority; responsible for execution of change
- Cooperate closely with the Global IT functional expert and ensure achievement of standardization and harmonization targets
- Identify pain points and improvement opportunities in assigned processes, prioritize demand with given budget
- Ensure compliance with business process architecture guardrails jointly with the Global IT functional expert
- Own maintenance of pragmatic process map & documentation
- Provide process leadership, organizes training content, and ensure knowledge transfer to process owners, managers, key users and is accountable for training of end users
- Executes testing (of updates/ improvements) in coordination with responsible key users, and monitor maturity level of processes according to defined KPI by GPO
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 5 years experience in Order to Cash business domain
- 3 years experience in business process modelling, process optimization and best in class process design
- 3 years experience with SAP (S/4HANA is a strong advantage)
- Bachelor in Business/Business Process Management
- Stakeholder management experience in a collaborative environment
- Very strong communication skills in a fast moving environment
- Continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma or similar)
- Expert knowledge on business process level 3
- Requirement engineering know-how
- Experience in user story detailing is an advantage
- Experience with JIRA is an advantage
- Fluency in English
