The Global Process Owner Commercial Controlling is a strategic finance leader responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global end-to-end Commercial finance processes with a focus on revenue planning and forecasting. The GPO Commercial Controlling will play a central role in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA under the global finance transformation program, ensuring standardized, scalable, and efficient processes across all regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).

- Global Process Ownership: Own and govern the end-to-end process design for the Commercial finance area
- Process Standardization & Harmonization: Define global standards and procedures to drive alignment across regions.
- SAP S/4HANA Enablement: Translate business process requirements into system functionalities and support configuration decisions.
- SME Governance: Provide leadership and direction to regional SMEs, ensuring process consistency and implementation accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage best practices and innovation to drive automation, simplification, and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central contact for Finance, IT, and Business during design, implementation, and post-go-live.
- Change & Training Support: Validate training materials, change impacts, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- KPI & Performance Management: Collaborate with operational dbs Towers to improve global KPIs
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 8+ years of finance (Revenue planning and forecasting) experience, with strong exposure to shared services or global transformation.
- BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in complex stakeholder management in SSC/GBS.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC; SAP S4 HANA) and financial reporting tools.
- Proven experience in process ownership or transformation projects (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
- Strong knowledge of global finance operations and regulatory landscapes.
- Project leadership and change management skills in multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities
