HR Administrative Processes Specialist

As a part of the dynamic growth at our Bulgarian site, we’re assembling a top-tier HR Operations team of committed and experienced individuals. To further expand this unit, we’re seeking to hire an HR Admin Processes Support Specialist.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department by managing administrative tasks and streamlining HR processes, with a focus on the operations in our sites in the UK and Ireland. You'll oversee hiring and onboarding procedures, manage employee records, handle payroll duties, provide clerical support, and conduct reporting and data analysis.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks

Assist in HR document preparation, employee record maintenance, onboarding and offboarding processes.

Maintain accurate personnel files and update HRIS databases to ensure compliance with record-keeping laws.

Handle employee benefit queries, process enrollments, and collaborate with benefit providers for effective program communication.

Track time and attendance, verify hours worked, and address payroll inquiries.

Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, update policy documents, and distribute them accordingly.

Act as a point of contact for employees needing HR assistance.

Prepare reports on HR-related metrics and data, such as turnover rates, headcount, and time and attendance, to support HR planning and decision-making.

Facilitate smooth cooperation with different internal and external partner companies.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly in the UK.

Proficiency in HR software and tools; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

Interest in Payroll activities is a plus.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as collaborative team mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
