Position Overview
Currently, we are seeking a committed and skilled individual for the position of HR Services Specialist with French. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring an excellent employee experience. You will support a variety of HR operational activities, maintain accurate employee data, and contribute to recruitment coordination processes in close collaboration with HR colleagues, managers, and external partners.
Working in an international environment, you will have the opportunity to broaden your HR expertise across both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition while contributing to efficient and compliant HR processes.
What you will do
- Assist in HR document preparation, employee record maintenance, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and update HR systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Handle employee benefit queries, process enrollments, and collaborate with benefit providers to ensure effective communication and administration of benefit programs.
- Support Talent Acquisition activities, including setting up new positions in the HR system and supporting onboarding activities.
- Track time and attendance records, verify hours worked, and assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company standards, support policy updates, and communicate changes accordingly.
- Act as a point of contact for employees requiring HR support and guidance.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, attendance, and other key HR indicators.
- Collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
What we require
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, Recruitment Coordination, or a similar HR-related role.
- Very good command of both French and English.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, particularly within France.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is considered a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
