As a senior expert for the dormakaba internal developed Integrated Access & Security system you will actively manage stakeholder expectations and design new functions for the highly integrative 4Xperts application.

 

A job that matters: your tasks

  • Stakeholder management – Act as main point of contact with business to create and shape new requirements in a highly complex solution
  • Design & Specification – moderate workshops and sessions with our DEV team
  • API specification – improve, design and document the interface of our dormakaba specific IAS system and connected applications (e.g. SAP Commerce, archive solutions etc.)
  • Support & incident management – Support our business colleagues with incident management and add continuous improvements to the application
  • Work on international rollout projects
  • IT background and basic knowledge in SAP, Datadog, SQL would be considered an advantage

  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar position in a globally active organization
  • Confidence in dealing with the structures and challenges of an international matrix organization
