Are you a dynamic and results-driven communicator with a passion for driving organizational change through effective communication strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Internal Communications Manager within our Global IT Group.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in advancing our business by ensuring effective communication of global IT solutions and facilitating comprehensive user-specific trainings. In an era where IT is pivotal to our business success, your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust communication and training frameworks that foster transparency, engagement, and ultimately enhance the Group IT image.

 

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks

 

  • Development and Establishment of Global IT Communication Concept.
  • Become the communication hero for Global IT by acting as the Single Point of Contact for all IT communication and marketing-related topics.
  • Implement regular IT marketing activities to enhance engagement.
  • Taking over the role of a “Change Agent” to activate and support IT transformation and change by effective communication measures.
  • Development and establishment of a global IT Training concept.
  • Create comprehensive training documents, catalogs, and programs. Build a training portal.
  • Develop relevant use cases and ensure global coordination of IT training.
  • Conduct classroom training sessions.
  • Enhance transparency of IT-related KPIs to the business.

 

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

 

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in this or a similar function.
  • Extended knowledge in IT processes and applications.
  • Several years of experience in editorial activities.
  • Strong communication, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, proactive behavior, independence, and efficient working.
  • Project management experience.
  • Master's degree in business administration, computer science, or similar.
  • Fluency in English.
