We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for our site in Chelopechene at dormakaba Bulgaria. The CNC Machine Operator, will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to precise specifications.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations, such as milling, drilling, turning, and grinding.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machine settings, tooling, and materials required for each job.
Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly, following safety protocols and procedures.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality and accuracy.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on CNC machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
Inspect finished components for defects or imperfections, using precision measuring tools and gauges.
Complete production logs, reports, and documentation accurately to track job progress and maintain records.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safe work practices.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines effectively.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and precision, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and understanding of measurement tools and techniques.
