A job that matters: your tasks

• Responsible for human resource planning, selection, development, engagement and periodic performance review of team members. Ensures team is set up, on-boarded, trained and up to date with most updated functional knowledge - policies, procedures & process specific documents. Oversees and supports team members in daily activities, organize the work within the team, set objectives and quality standards for the team members
• Ensures successful activity transition and new project execution throughout the Knowledge Transfer, stabilization periods and beyond. Ensures process documentation is prepared and updated regularly for all activities performed by the team. Continually reviews, challenges and updates process and practices to provide the most efficient and cost-effective best practice. Ensures service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversees and executes daily activities, organizes work with the rest of the team, sets quality standards for the operational execution.

• Performs complex activities within the Master Data tower in the dormakaba business services.
• Acts as a point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders and team members
• Closely collaborates with the Head of Master Data Manager in driving harmonization and automation of data flows

An experience that matters: your skills

• 5+ Master Data Experience, in an international GBS environment. 2+ years of people management experience
• Minimum BA, preferably in Business / Accounting / Finance / Economics / Engineering
• Skills:

-   E2E master data process knowledge for at least one data object.

-   Ability to analyze large datasets, perform data profiling and follow up on cleansing

-   Ability to propose data contents for supply chain data objects based on transition inputs, prior experience and product portfolio understanding.

-   Experienced in prioritizing tasks within a GBS organization.

-   SAP ERP experience with core data display, query builder and core business transactions related to SD, MM or PP modules

-   Advanced practical knowledge of ERP systems (Navision, SAP); MS Office (Excel)

-   English skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication (intermediate at least)

-   Collaborative, disciplined, responsible, innovative and open for changes

-   Ambitions to learn and develop
