Manual QA Engineer

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for test execution and planning within the corresponding Scrum Team, based on the committed test specifications. You will document the test execution and communicate with developers regarding any deviations from the expected results. Additionally, you will enable and support developers in actively participating in testing activities. You will also take responsibility for the testing environment and can assume a technical lead role on test-specific activities. Furthermore, you will play an important part in the release workflows of B-COMM.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Manual QA Tester or in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of test methodologies and techniques.
- Experience with: Jira, Confluence, Git etc.
- Experience in developing test cases based on requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in test design and test execution.
- Very Good level of English.

- Prepare and plan test activities, ensuring thorough coverage for both technical and functional aspects.
- Execute and document technical and functional tests, maintaining detailed records of the results.
- Continuously invest time in enhancing your skills and knowledge, both in domain-specific areas and testing methodologies.
- Create and modify detailed technical and functional test cases to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Develop and improve the test framework in collaboration with your manager.
- Organize and analyze test result data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with your manager to decide which tests should be automated or manually executed, and transition manual tests to the automation framework.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the B-COMM product for each release.
