We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Graphic Designer) with a strong graphic design background to support our international marketing initiatives and ensure consistent, high-quality visual communications across global markets.
A job that matters: Your Tasks

Work closely with local market teams on a wide range of design and marketing projects across different types of media.

Use advanced design software to create engaging, high-quality graphics that support business and branding goals.

Gather input from managers to ensure that all designs follow company guidelines, meet brand standards, and clearly communicate ideas.

Create marketing and graphic materials—including presentations, brochures, visuals, and digital content—that support global strategies while being adapted for specific regional needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for EU country sales and business teams by providing relevant materials such as photos, graphics, and other visual assets for meetings and campaigns.

Plan and manage the trade show calendar, including budgeting, organizing promotional materials, and tracking leads and follow-ups.

Act as a coordinator between local marketing teams and central Marketing or Web teams, sharing feedback on regional content needs, customer preferences, and market trends to improve overall content effectiveness.

Oversee the uploading, organizing, and archiving of all project materials in the content management system, following best practices for structure and consistency.

Stay current on industry trends, new digital platforms, and competitor activities to help shape and improve future design and marketing strategies.
An experience that matters: Your Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in graphic design, or marketing communications.

University degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or Digital Media is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also welcome.

Fluency in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Solid technical and business understanding, with hands-on experience using - Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.

Familiarity with content management systems, particularly Hybris, and the ability to upload and manage content effectively.

Experience with email marketing tools is a plus, or a willingness to quickly learn and grow in this area.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget, while working both independently and as part of a team.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with international teams across different cultural backgrounds.
