The Operational Excellence Expert collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, monitor and report on key performance indicators, and maintain a high standard of quality within cross-functional departments. The role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Collaborate with dormakaba business services (dbs) operations teams to identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize productivity.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dbs operations.
- Implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and establish best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the design and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dbs processes, facilitating training and ensuring consistent execution.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of dbs operations, with a focus on cost reduction and error prevention.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational excellence/project management preferably in a shared service environment.
- Experience in complex stakeholder management in SSC/GBS.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, financial software, and ERP systems. (Salesforce is an advantage)
- Knowledge of financial processes and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in dbs operations.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to drive positive change.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
