Order to Invoice Specialist with German

We’re looking for an Order to Invoice Specialist with German to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
You’ll act as a key part of the order-to-cash process – managing customer orders, ensuring accurate invoicing, and coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
This role combines attention to detail with strong stakeholder collaboration to drive accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Quick must-haves: C1 level of German (written and spoken).
Hybrid working model - 3 days per week from the office.
A job that matters: Your tasks
- Manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders (products, projects, maintenance/repair services) for a designated dormakaba country/region.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, handle inquiries, and provide updates on order status.
- Support reporting activities and maintain documentation, records, and templates related to order management and invoicing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Field Technicians to ensure smooth order execution and billing processes.
An experience that matters: Your skills
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Order Management, Sales Order Processing) within a service back-office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in either: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or another related field.
- C1 level of German (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with customer order processing and invoicing.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP) as well as Microsoft (Excel).
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
