Plant - Quality Control Specialist Serial Production

A job that matters: Your Tasks 

Quality Management System Maintenance: 

• Actively participate in maintaining and enhancing the quality management system. 
• Suggests and implement new procedures and processes, ensuring effective control of their implementation. 

Internal and External Audits: 

• Conducts internal audits and preparation for external audits. 
• Follow the audit program established by the Quality Manager and potentially conduct independent audits of departmental activities within the company.

Customer Complaint Handling: 

• Process customer complaints, including the creation of non-conformity reports and recording cases in the Register of Non-Conformities. 
• Communicate with customers to clarify issues and ensure resolution to their satisfaction. 

Outgoing Control Monitoring: 

• Monitor the correct completion of various forms related to outgoing control during and after production. 
• Develop new outgoing control forms and enhance existing ones to improve quality monitoring processes. 

Documentation and Process Improvement:

• Document special projects implemented in production conditions and participate in improvement teams.
• Ensure adherence to change notices procedures and control the use of drawings to ensure the latest versions are utilized. Periodically compare used drawings with the official database. 

Production Documentation Flow: 

• Maintain knowledge of the production documentation flow and periodically review process compliance. 

Customer Satisfaction Analysis: 

• Participate in the analysis of annual customer satisfaction surveys. 
• Generate ideas for possible improvements based on customer feedback. 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a production environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
