A job that matters: your tasks
- Get involved in the detailed planning, preparation and execution of the transition of services and oversee the task in-take to the center.
- Work closely with dormakaba leadership and other key stakeholders to shape and develop the future strategy and delivery capabilities of the center.
- Plan, prepare and lead the transition of services from the countries to the center, both by ramping up the Finance capabilities as well as managing the overall build-up for the other functions (HR, IT, Procurement, Product Development).
- Oversee the successful completion of transition requirements via a pre-defined gate model .
- Closely collaborate with:
- HR for the onboarding of employees at the center
- The in-scope countries to ensure local readiness
- IT to ensure system readiness for the execution of services
- Track the progress of the service transfer and report out the status to the leadership.
An experience that matters: your skills
- BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the field of project management, business administration or related field
- Prior experience in a SSC environment
- Excellent command of English. German language will be considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to lead team members effectively and efficiently
- Strong communication and presentation skills, proven track record in communicating complex information in a concise and convincing way, ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to build strong business relations with senior management and drive conversations across the organization
- Strong Finance and SAP acumen, in-depth understanding of core Finance processes (I2P, I2C and R2R) as well as Management Reporting, Performance Management and Master Data
- Excellent organizational, change management and execution skills along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured way of working
